Following a Link Bus accident on the Mubende – Fort Portal highway this morning, over 20 passengers have been confirmed dead.(Over 20 persons were dead in a bus accident (See Photos))
The accident’s cause has yet to be determined.
“So far, 20 persons have been confirmed dead, thirteen of them are adults and seven of whom are children.” There are eleven men and nine women among the twenty. Their information will be released as soon as possible,” police said.
“Faridah Nampiima “The territorial police in Kyenjojo responded to a fatal accident involving a link bus with the registration number UBA 003S that was headed to Kampala from Fortportal this morning at around 10.30 a.m. “It happened at an area named Sebitoli, 2 kilometers from Fortportal city,” police said.
