Moving forward, I’m sure very few of you have heard of the day Jose Chameleone and the late Paul Kafeero almost went into the recording booth to record a song together.
However, the cooperation did not take place because both artists failed to begin work on their project despite spending the entire day at Fire Base’s Fream Studios.
According to veteran music producer Paddy Man, born Paddy Kayiwa Mukasa, when the two entered the studio, Paul Kafeero instructed Jose Chameleone to voice first, but he was afraid.
Jose Chameleone also requested that Kafeero go first, but he declined.
After a few hours, they both asked Paddy Man to make them a beat, but he declined, stating he couldn’t do it without understanding what was going on.
After a while, both artists just left the studio, leaving Paddyman alone.
He waited for their return in vain because they were nowhere to be found. When Paddy Man went outside to check for them, he discovered that they had both already fled.
