After two years without any new music, probably Uganda’s best vocalist Lilian Mbabazi, releases a seven-track EP. The One – EP by Lilian Mbabazi is released.

The One, a 7-track EP by Lilian Mbabazi, was released on Friday, October 28, 2022.

The singer surprised her fans with brand-new songs after going roughly two years without releasing any new music.

It’s been a while since I’ve given you any fresh music. The EP I have been working on is called THE ONE, and I am so happy to share that with you, Mbabazi just said online.

The crew she works with on the EP includes some of the best Ugandan producers and songwriters, according to music reviewers.

Lillian Mbabazi is a music singer and entertainer of Rwandan and Ugandan origin. She was born to Rwandan parents in Uganda.

Mbabazi started her career as a performer in 2003, following the Coca-Cola Pop Star contests that resulted in Blu*3’s establishment.

Songs that appeared on The One EP

‘The One’ was written by Shena Josephine Namagembe, produced by Michael Fingaz, and mixed and mastered by Issac Kalema.

“Mirrors” was written by Yese Oman Rafiki, produced by Emma Muzaale, a.k.a. MeshPan, and mixed and mastered by Issac Kalema. It features Eddy Kenzo.

The song “Never Letting Go” was composed by Shena Josephine Namagembe, a.k.a. Shena Skies, and it was produced by Nessim. Issac Kalema handled the mixing and mastering.

Issac Kalema mixed and mastered “Diamond,” which was written by Isabel Twongyeirwe and produced by Abassa.

Shena Josephine Namagembe, a.k.a. Shena Skies, wrote the song “Ogusela,” which was produced by Danny Beats and mixed and mastered by Issac Kalema.

Saxess wrote “Jangu,” Danny Beats produced it, and Isaac Kalema handled the mixing and mastering.

Lilian Mbabazi wrote the song “Dem Days,” which was produced by Samurae and Isaiah and mixed and mastered by Samurae.
