The “Creators of Tomorrow” campaign honors individuals from all walks of life who are igniting a fresh online creative content movement. The ad features artists from East Africa, Southern Africa, and Francophone Africa who are from Sub-Saharan Africa.

The lifestyle posts of the mother of two are seen as motivating by her fans.
The chosen Creators of Tomorrow are making waves in their online communities and exhibiting a best-in-class approach to interactive entertainment, technology, and media formats.
The global effort, which began in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa and will soon spread to additional nations, is the first of its kind.
Over the coming year, Meta will collaborate closely with these creators as they expand their audiences and turn their hobbies into successful businesses using Meta technologies.
According to Moon Baz, Creator Partnerships Lead for the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey, “with this campaign, we aim to highlight creators who are innovating through tools like Reels and short-form video content formats, as well as those who are leveraging and exploring new content formats like AR/VR.”
As we develop for the metaverse, he continued, “We are delighted to engage directly with these creators and we’re committed to helping them increase their audience, build a business, and unleash new possibilities for the future.”
African artists have inventively used Facebook, Instagram, and Meta technologies and apps to express themselves and share the African tale with Africans and people all over the world.
Over the years, sub-Saharan African producers have improved the view of the globe by raising awareness of the cultural contribution of the continent through fashion, humor, food, travel, and political criticism.
To honor the Creators of Tomorrow, Meta will hold unique events across the region where they will share the most recent information, advice, tools, and resources related to all of their technologies.
Over 50 creators will attend a Creator Day in South Africa with specialized seminars and training to help them succeed in this developing digital and creator economy. In Kenya, creators, including those featured in the campaign, will attend an exclusive brunch comprised of a Reels School.
The EMEA Creator Week will be held in London at the historic Tate Britain for the first time in November 2022, giving the Creators of Tomorrow the chance to attend. Other regional Creators in all phases of their careers will join the Creators of Tomorrow there to work together, share knowledge, and continue to be inspired by the possibilities for content creation on our platforms in the future.
