Singer Extra Large Allan Hendrick Byamukama, Bebe Cool’s firstborn, has reportedly been expelled from the Uganda Musicians Association (UMA) vice presidential campaign due to a lack of qualifications.
Paper Daddy, along with singers Kalifah Aganaga and Daddy Andre, was campaigning for the UMA vice president post in the approaching May elections.
After receiving support from social media bloggers Kaye Wisdom and Olaxess Ismah, Paper Daddy ramped up his efforts to realize his ambition of ruling the local entertainment business for the first time in his career.
The UMA general elections committee, however, made a surprising U-turn and ejected him from the nominations list, claiming that he lacked the necessary qualifications.
According to the rules of the UMA elections committee, to run for a leadership position, you must have been an active member for at least two years, which Allan Hendrick lacked.
Following Ben’s ejection from the UMA presidential contest, we have yet to hear from Allan Hendrick about his future steps, including whether or not he will file an appeal.
