Feffe Bussi, a well-known local rapper born Frank Mukiiza, is dissatisfied with the “sickening” state of Uganda’s health-care system.(Following the death of her sister – Feffe Bussi criticizes Uganda’s “sick” health system)
Feffe Bussi has expressed his dissatisfaction with the obstacles he faced while at Mulago Hospital, where his late sister Hope Mutesi was bedridden before passing away over the Easter Weekend.
When he accompanied his late sister to Mulago for kidney treatment, the self-styled Smallest Rapper was depressed, he told Galaxy FM.
Feffe said that he was not helped by any medical professional when he arrived to the National Referral Hospital.
In Uganda, the greatest way to survive is to be safe and avoid getting sick, as our health-care system is inadequate.
After spending several hours in the hospital with his sick sister, he was referred to Kiruddu Hospital on Salaama Road, where he received assistance with his sister’s dialysis therapy.
Unfortunately, Hope Mutesi died of kidney failure just as Feffe Bussi was preparing a charity car wash to benefit individuals she was treating at Kiruddu Hospital.
Feffe paid respect to his late sister, whom he described as a “mother figure” in his life who was always there for him.

I’d like to express my gratitude to everyone who supported me after my sister died. Hope was my older sister, and she used to pay my school tuition, launch my singing career, and fund all of my early videos. She reminded me a lot of my mother.
