The Mawokota North MP made a commitment to establish the “Wokota” studios as part of his attempt to help and uplift individuals via the arts.

The musician emphasized that he felt it was important to support the upcoming generation of artists because he is the Arts Shadow Minister and because he had trouble making music when he was just starting out.
He believes the new cutting-edge recording studios will make their task easier.
The “Amelia” singer claimed that after struggling to find affordable transportation to Kampala and searching for expensive recording studios, he decided to open one in Mawokota.
The studios should open anytime soon since they appear to be in the last stages of development.

In expressing his satisfaction, Dr. Hilderman noted this as another of the several promises he had made to himself.
“At my home in Mpigi Kalagala, I started building a contemporary recording studio. When I first started my musical career, I had a difficult time affording the transportation charges to Kampala and searching for pricey recording fees for a suitable recording studio.”
I made a pledge to myself that the following HILDERMAN in Mawokota wouldn’t suffer in order to fulfill a great ambition. Very expensive, yet well worth the expense for the homes of the talented.
Being the Shadow Minister for the Arts, I want to set an example for my other colleagues. If we can establish modest, contemporary studios, unknown talents will be protected. “Content is the new gold,” many say.
Right now we are completing installations and finishing touches. Its opening formally in November by Doctor Hilderman
