Residents who attended the competition said the deceased drank the local beer, which is illegal, one glass after the other.
My son left home on Wednesday morning to meet his colleagues at their usual drinking spot in Matayos,’ said the deceased’s mother, Nabwire Jackline.
Ouma, who was allegedly addicted to alcohol, was pronounced dead upon arrival at the hospital in Busia.
