Ada Ehi arrives in Kampala ahead of her Friday concert.

Nigerian gospel singer, Ada Ogochukwu Ehi, better known as Ada Ehi, an award-winning Nigerian gospel musician, has finally arrived in the nation ahead of her two live performances. Ada Ehi arrives in Kampala ahead of her Friday concert.

Her shows are scheduled for Friday, November 11, 2022 at Kampala’s Lugogo Hockey Grounds, and Saturday, November 12, 2022 at Mbarara’s Kakyeka Stadium.

ADA, whose catalog includes songs like Congratulations, I Overcome, and Only You Jesus, among others, arrived early on Thursday morning at around 4:30 am via Entebbe International Airport with a few of her colleagues.

Ada said she was thrilled to be in Uganda and that everyone can expect nothing but the best from her since she is well prepared.

We’re going to have a wonderful time in the Lord’s presence, she remarked. “I am quite happy.”

For her popular gospel single “Only You Jesus,” Ada last month joined renowned gospel artist Sinach as the only African gospel acts to reach 100 million views on YouTube.

Among the many artists with whom Ada has worked are Nathaniel Bassey, Sinach, Samsung, Eben, and Protek.

Ada is married to Moses Ehi a businessman and co-CEO of FreeNation/SoundCode Studios, and they have a daughter named Emma-Jane.

She has been in the Pearl of Africa twice since September 16th, 2017.

At the young age of 10, she began her music career backing up Tosin Jegede.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, the pastor of Christ Embassy church, signed her to Loveworld Records in 2009.

Since then, she has participated in several Christ Embassy programs around the world, including those in Europe, America, and several African nations, as a music minister in the church choir and a performer.

Her music has taken her to the most remote regions of the world with her five albums: Undenied (2009), Lifted (2013), So Fly (2013), Future Now (2017), and Ada’s EP Vol 1 (2019).
