Many revelers’ memories of Saturday, July 16, 2022 will be rent-free as a result of the masterclass of performances they witnessed at the Club Dome. (Adekunle in GOLD – A Costa Titch Masterclass: Club Dome Lives Up to The Billing)
Everything about the build-up to the Club Pilsener-sponsored Club Dome concert for the 6th edition hinted at a big show, and it delivered.
The tables for Shs 3 million had been sold out by Friday. Earlybird tickets were also no longer available.
The cover charges at the gate for the Ordinary and VIP classifications were Shs60k and Shs120k, respectively.
The show began in the afternoon with the incredible Club Dome experience, which was located at the far-left end of the oval.
The Dome provided good vibes to kickstart a memorable evening, from discounted Club Pilsener refreshments to music mixes and dance challenges.
Oh My God, What A Night!
Performances on the main stage began at 7 p.m. Among those who performed were Sheebah Karungi, Kataleya and Kandle, Vinka, John Blaq Vamos 256, Dance Mamweta, Ritah Dancehall, and Laika.
Slick Deejays Stuart, Roja, Alisha, Dash, and Kasbaby were also on hand to support emcees Sheilah Gashumba, Sammy Wetala, Casmir, and Zahara Totto.
Costa Titch took the stage at 10:37 p.m. with his mega banger Big Flexa, which elicited wild ululations from the audience.
He performed until 10:55 p.m. before taking to the decks for ten minutes of Amapiano hits.
The South African won many hearts with his choreography, stage presence, and crowd engagement – he is an outright Amapiano ambassador!
Adekunle Gold’s team took the stage at 11:10 p.m. to set up the live band. At 11:21 p.m., AG baby appeared on stage wearing a black armless jacket with “AG” written on the back, warm pink pants, and black shoes.
Adekunle performed his hit songs, including AG Baby, Something Different, Pretty Girl, Orente, Damn Delilah, Sinner, and Okay, as the audience sang along word for word.
