Beenie Gunter, Uganda’s own dancehall artist, has returned bigger and stronger than ever after taking a period of time during lockdown to recenter, refocus, and create his latest 21-track album, Elevated.
Gunter and his team at TA maintain a positive relationship despite his decision to leave his former management under Talent Africa Group.
During an interview, the singer stated that they are still family with TA and will continue to book shows together in the near and distant future.
Beenie has hired Max Noir, an American content creator and business developer, to take over management of the Guntalk Empire as the artist looks to expand the company beyond music.
Beenie Gunter revealed to us that the 21-track Elevated album was inspired by God being at the forefront of Beenie Gunter’s everything in life.
“We have faced the struggles and the struggles have faced us. We are now the face of true success, which is joy and happiness, as well as an elevated mind and spirit. We come to win whenever we can. “That’s why we sing,” he explained.
Anne Kansiime & Skylanta, Ahlam Lamu, and Melissa Mulungi all make appearances on the album.
Luca Sivette, Boris, Mesh Pan, A Steyn, and Stamma Terror of Terror Family Productions in Jamaica produced the album.
Beenie Gunter & Guntalk Empire have officially opened their new office in Nsambya, on the Amare the Palace property along Ggaba Road.
From now on, the Guntalk team will be based in Nsambya, where they will host meetings, interviews, press conferences, merchandise, and occasional shoots.
The Guntalk Empire will host the inaugural Guntalk Fest Tour, which will begin in October.
Guntalk Fest Tour is a traveling festival that will visit every major region of Uganda to provide an unforgettable experience of live performances, vendors, arts and technology exhibitions, song competitions, and more!
In collaboration with Talent Africa, the festival will conclude in Kampala with a massive finale edition.
