Brown Shugar, the ex-lover of socialite Sipapa, is on the run after a woman named Sheillah Mbabazi accused him of assault.
Mbabazi told Bukedde TV that Brown Shugar attacked her and beat her up while she was in the districts of Busega and Kibumbiro.
Brown Shugar strangled Mbabazi and punctured her soft flesh with his long finger nails, creating bruises, according to Mbabazi.
Brown Shugar compared Sheillah Mbabazi to a woman who kidnapped Sipapa and vowed to avenge herself, according to Sheillah Mbabazi.
Mbabazi said that she had never heard of Sipapa and that she is a married woman whose spouse lives in another country.
Mbabazi has filed a police report and is seeking justice from Brown Shugar for the anguish she has caused her.
Brown Shugar denied assaulting anyone in a phone interview when asked about the charges, and she said she would never stay in Kibumbiro again.
