Collins Emeka, a.k.a. The Romantic Mukiga, announced his departure from Galaxy FM, where he has been anchoring the Morning Saga show, in early April 2022.
This marked the end of his one-year career at the Kansanga-based station, which he joined in April 2021 after leaving the now-defunct Hot 100 FM.
The comedian and radio personality’s future has always perplexed netizens, with some gossip columns speculating that he would join NEXT radio.
Emeka stated via social media on Friday morning that he had joined 933 KFM to co-host the K-Drive show with Becky Nantale.
“All right, here we go. I’m excited to have @933kfm my new home. Allow the K Drive to begin. “Hello @BNantale,” Emeka tweeted.
Every weekday (Monday through Friday) from 3pm to 7pm, the K-Drive show airs.
Emeka now joins a slew of other media celebrities who have just joined the station, including Faiza Salima from XFM.
