Esther & Ezekiel, a brother-and-sister singing combo, had the judges of “Canada’s Got Talent” on their feet on Tuesday.
The 17- and 13-year-old brothers, who are from Uganda but now live in Caledonia, ON, described in the VT how they were determined to win the competition, with Ezekiel, the youngest, fingerling over Howie Mandel.
They nailed Jordin Sparks and Chris Brown’s “No Air,” displaying their great vocals and definitely shocking judges Mandel, Lilly Singh, Kardinal Offishall, and Trish Stratus with their performance.
Then it was Mandel’s turn to be a fan boy, as he asked for a picture with them before they left the stage.
Prior to the performance, the teenagers discussed their mother’s five-year separation from them after coming out as a gay woman while married to a preacher.
