Faiza Salim, who is always enthusiastic and cheerful, has been the face and voice of happiness for XAM listeners on XFM each morning.
That, however, came to an end this morning when Faiza revealed that her term at the station was coming to an end.
Fazia expressed her sadness in her WhatsApp status over saying goodbye to a wonderful team and brand with whom she has worked for years.
On Twitter, she adds that working at XFM has been a blessing. She expresses gratitude to the listeners for devoting their time to the XAM broadcast.
XFM has also verified the news, thanking Faiza for always cheering up the mornings and wishing her well with her future move.
“It’s been a lovely trip having you brighten our mornings. I wish you the best of luck with your next move. “Thank you,” XFM said on Twitter.
The effervescent media personality has yet to announce her future step, although we have heard that she will remain in radio.
According to unsubstantiated sources, Faiza will be joining Next Media’s NXT Radio in Naguru.
