Ex-lover Kilooto arrested and imprisoned musician Deus Ndugwa alias Grenade Official a few weeks ago on charges of “Criminal Trespass and Threatening Violence.” (For being given a pair of shoes – Grenade – I was imprisoned by an artist )
He just spent one night behind the bars, and after being granted court bail, he was released the next morning.
In an interview, he was asked to describe his experience of spending a night in jail.
He stated that being arrested is not pleasant and that he does not want to see anyone incarcerated.
He did say, however, that when he was imprisoned, the inmates he met were friendly and he had a good time with them. He revealed that they asked him to sing for them, which he agreed to do.
Grenade stated that this was his second time behind jail when questioned if it was his first time.
He explained that he went to prison for the first time because of jealousy from a fellow prominent artist who was given a pair of shoes by a friend that the undisclosed artist sought for himself.
When Grenade was given the shoes, the artist was enraged to the point of wanting to beat him up, but he was able to flee.
However, the artist managed to hire a cop who arrested and detained Grenade on false accusations. After being released, Grenade stated he forgave the singer and moved on. (For being given a pair of shoes – Grenade – I was imprisoned by an artist – celebrity jazz ug )
