Halima Namakula, a renowned singer, has confessed that she is not in a serious relationship. However, Uganda’s self-proclaimed “mother of all musicians” went on to say that she is currently available for a relationship.
Halima Namakula is a Ugandan musician, actor, entrepreneur, and humanitarian who was nominated to compete in the Mrs. World beauty contest in 2009.
The 62-year-old singer revealed that she has “hired” her daughters to find her a wealthy young man who will save her from her chilly and lonely nights.
Halima confessed in a weekend interview on local television that she is tired of being seen alone and people questioning why she is single.
“Yes, I’m looking for something. People have been urging me to resume dating, and I believe the moment has come. I’d like my children to find me a partner who is three years younger than me, active, and wealthy. “I’m a dinosaur,” Halima declared.
Samuel Semaala Kiwanuuka, Halima Namakula’s husband, died in 1994.
