Chameleone and his management are facing legal action after an event promoter named Samson Kisekka submitted an Intention to Sue notice to them.
Mr. Kisekka explains why Chameleone did not perform despite being engaged for a show on April 30, 2022, at the grand inauguration of an unidentified hotel in Mityana.
Mr. Kisekka went on to say that Jose Chameleone’s absence from the event cost him a lot of money because pleasure-seekers destroyed the venue’s property while asking to see the Valu Valu singer perform.
Mr. Kisekka now demands that Chameleone reimburse the Shs2.5 million he paid him as an advance payment, despite the fact that they had agreed on Shs5 million as complete payment for his work.
He also requests that the Leaone Island star repay Shs350k in transport money that was paid to him to assist him in getting to the location.
Mr. Kisekka further requests that Chameleone pay for the damages he caused by failing to show up at the event despite having placed an ad for it. (Jose Chameleone is facing legal action after skipping a gig in Mityana – celebrity gossip)
