Mesach Semakula, the owner and stakeholder of the Golden Production band, has opted to leave the band because to health problems.
Semakula can no longer cope with the routine traveling, practice, and many other things that the group asks him to undertake, according to resignation letters released on social media by his lawyers Lukwago & Co. Advocates.
In fact, because he is not in good health, he has decided to take a vacation from the band in order to better his health.
The letter further indicates that he will proceed with the company’s only assets, the music instruments, which he claims to own after paying a bill of Shs12 million in rent arrears that led the instruments to be seized by a landlord.
