Rwandan President Paul Kagame is due in Uganda on Sunday, according to officials. Kagame will attend a dinner hosted by President Museveni and First Lady Janet to commemorate the 48th birthday of UPDF land forces commander Lt Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba.
President Kagame is expected to attend his dinner.
This will be Kagame’s first visit to Uganda for a social occasion.
According to chimp reports, Kagame was supposed to arrive in Uganda on Saturday, but plans changed.
“President Kagame will arrive in Uganda tomorrow (Sunday),” a reliable source said.
