After Hon. Joseph Ssewungu entered the stage and appeared to suggest songs that he should perform, Moses Matovu scolded him.
Moses Matovu did not like Hon. Joseph Ssewungu’s plea and he instantly reacted angrily.
Matovu was clearly upset and demanded to be allowed to carry out his strengths because he wasn’t prepared to follow orders.
