Godfrey Kamugisha, a veterinary doctor with the Kampala Capital City Authority – KCCA, died on the steering wheel while driving through Akamwesi retail mall on Gayaza road in Kawempe Division, Kampala. ( Shocking! A government official was discovered dead in his vehicle )
He was discovered dead in his Benz, registration number UBJ 241Y.
One of the eyewitnesses, Mr. Dick Nvule, an Editor at Radio Simba, stated on Twitter,
“Dr. Kamugisha Godfrey Mwesigwa, a vet associated to @KCCAUG, has died on his steering wheel beside Akamwesi Shopping Mall gate in Kyebando, @PoliceUg says cause of death unknown.”
