According to the reports, a South Sudanese man named Jacob Alopu was the victim of theft by Sipapa and a few of his coworkers.
Shamirah Nakiyimba, Sipapa’s wife, and four other acquaintances of the socialite are currently in jail as they support the criminal probe, according to Police Spokesperson Fred Enanga.
Although it has not yet been determined what exactly was taken from Jacob Alopu, further information will be made available soon.
Before, Sipapa’s defense against charges of theft was effective. A few years ago, he was purportedly subjected to similar charges and beaten to a pulp.
Sipapa is always able to escape difficulties and carry on with his business while being accused of perpetrating such heinous crimes, which continues to baffle the general populace.
