Despite the fact that just a few people have received invitation cards, Lt. Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba’s uncle Toyota insists the birthday celebrations at Lugogo Cricket Oval are open to the public and admission is free.

Weeks of preparations have resulted in the distribution of invitation cards to some select celebrities, leaving the general public baffled as to how they might participate.
Michael Nuwagira a.k.a Toyota, the chairman of the organizing team for the celebrations, revealed to the press on Thursday that the rest of the public is welcome to attend for free.
Toyota said that invitation cards were produced to invite VIP visitors, but that there were also radio and television advertisements inviting the general public to attend.
