He believes that the two should not cling to power in order for the organization to move forward smoothly, so he asks them to step down.
Allan Toniks also stated that the cancellation of the UMA elections was a result of the two, and he warns that they should not sabotage the association’s progress.
He goes on to say that things at UMA should not be done based on what Cindy Sanyu and Phina Mugerwa want because that elevates two people over the organization.
Fina and Cindy, in my opinion, are the main issues with UMA. It is not fair for two people to sabotage an organization’s progress.
