Afande Mugabe Joseph, a Police Constable with Force Number 61497, is the officer who issued the death threats to Uncle Mark.
According to information supplied by Uncle Mark on his Twitter account, he lent money to officer Mugabe, who in turn left his Police card as collateral.
Uncle Mark states that after repeated attempts to get his money back, Afande Mugabe decided to ignore his phone calls for two months.
When the comedian decided to report the situation to the officer’s superiors, he received SMS from Afande Mugabe threatening to kill his life a few days later.
