He has reportedly switched across to competitor NBS TV, just a day after announcing his resignation from NTV Uganda.

“To our wonderful audience, it’s been a tremendous four years working with you on NTV Uganda’s #NtvPressbox. We’ve enjoyed every minute of it.
“Thank you to NTV and our wonderful audience for always tuning in and watching the show.
Although the Naguru-based station has yet to make an official statement, Kabuura’s next move is expected to be NBS TV, according to inside sources close to top management.
Kabuura joins a long list of NBS Uganda employees, including Douglas Lwanga, Raymond Mujuni (who later returned to Serena), Hatmah Nalugwa Ssekaaya, Zahara Toto and Anatalie Ozzie, MC Kats, Solomon Sserwanja, and Sheilah Nduhukire, among others.

Kabuura’s departure comes just days after NTV Uganda’s senior news presenter Frank Walusimbi announced his departure after more than 15 years with the network.
Photos of Andrew Kabuura paying a courtesy visit to Next Media Services in Naguru, Kampala have flooded social media in the last 24 hours, prompting suspicion that he may be joining the station shortly.
