Gloria Ingabire, a.k.a. Pretty Glo, has frequented rehab facilities due to problems with drug misuse.
She has also made headlines in gossip magazines in recent years due to allegations of stealing.
She also prompted renowned socialite Bad Black to step in and arrange for her admission to a rehabilitation facility in 2019. When she left treatment at that time, Mama Jonah was concerned about who she had become.
Pretty Glo has fought a long struggle against drugs, but she now appears to have prevailed, and she is using this victory to prevent other young people from making the same mistakes.
The attractive woman, who began her career in 2008 with the girl dance and singing group Wafagio, spoke about the dangers of drugs over the weekend.
She posted a picture of herself from seven years ago on Facebook and urged her fans to abstain from drug use if they already did so.
“This was me seven years ago! Additionally, this is a general announcement! If you haven’t used drugs before, refrain from doing so, and if you already use them and are an addict, stop.
“Drugs are seriously detrimental to our health and way of life. Petty Glo music speaks volumes to you and does so with clarity. Better to say it now than never, she continued.
Pretty Glo is just one of several artists that have recently struggled with drug addiction. (Stop doing drugs they’re bad – Pretty Glo – Breaking news in Uganda)
