According to reports, the children of the woman who sold the land where Haruna Mubiru’s restaurant is located have returned to claim ownership of the property.
Haruna Mubiru’s lawyer explains that the squabbles are caused by the children, who do not believe their mother sold the land to Haruna legally.
Before their mother sold the land, the children believed it belonged to the entire family.
In the end, however, their mother sold it to Haruna without their knowledge. She allegedly stated that she wanted to purchase larger land elsewhere.
Both parties were seen at Police on Tuesday after the lawyers for the siblings wrote a letter to Police detailing how their mother was allegedly kidnapped by Haruna Mubiru.
Fortunately for the singer, the lady came forward and refuted the allegations.
Haruna’s lawyer went on to say that the lady made it clear that she sold the land to Haruna legally.
