The case file of singer Hajarah Namukwaya aka Spice Diana has been referred to the Directorate of Public Prosecutions, according to police.(Spice Diana’s murder case is taken over by the DPP)
As a result, the resident state attorney in the DPP’s office will provide guidance. He will decide whether or not there is a case. And if there are any, a court date will be set.
During a press conference about the case, Kampala Metropolitan Deputy Police Spokesperson Luke Owoyesigire stated that they had received the necessary statements from both parties.
