Balaam Barugahara Vows To Block Unvaccinated Artists And Revellers From Attending His Concerts.
Renown events promoter and President Museveni’s blue-eyed boy, Balaam Barugahara has vowed to block unvaccinated artists and revelers from attending his concerts.

While speaking during a recent appearance on NTV, Balaam explained that artists and revellers must first present proof of vaccination before accessing his concerts.

He called on his fellow promoters such as Abitex to emulate him and reject unvaccinated entertainers and revellers.
According to Barugahara, this move is aimed at making sure Uganda does not go back into lockdown under which the entertainment industry has suffered.

“Revellers who are not vaccinated will not attend my concerts. Everyone even artists will show the vaccination cards before they go on stage.” he said.

Adding “We have suffered alot during lockdown. We don’t want to go back to the lockdown. Other events promoters should also be vigilant and mindful ago the health of Ugandans.” – balaam-barugahara-vows-to-block-unvaccinated-artists

Balaam’s remarks come only a day since 24th January 2022 which according to President Museveni is the day Uganda’s economy was supposed to fully re-Open
