Logimoi Victor, often known as Unclesnap, is a young Ugandan dance creative Artist, Choreographer, Creator, and Professional Stage Performer who is building a name for himself on the streets of Kampala and Entebbe.
Unclesnap was born on November 11, 2001 in Kansanga, Kampala, Uganda, and grew up in the slums of Entebbe, Katabi, Kitende, and Kajjansi.
Originally from the streets, he is one of the pillars who have had a great influence on the kids via dance. Dance, according to Unclesnap, is “the poetry of the soul.”
Armed with this description, he has spent his entire life dancing – but professionally for the past two years on the streets of Kampala and Entebbe to make a living.
Unclesnap rose to prominence with his Instagram dance videos (@unclesnap). He’s made a name for himself off the streets with his team DNL Umericans.
Unclesnap and the DNL Umericans have appeared in numerous music videos, including Eddy Kenzo’s Mugoole and Weekend, Ykee Benda’s Obangayina, Ziza Bafana’s Mbuzi, Tip Swizzy’s Idege, Fik Fameica’s Lock, and Crysto Panda’s Bino.
They have also collaborated commercially with Eddy Wizzy and Dance Factory on other projects like as Dance Noise and Ombadala, among others, in addition to collaborating with foreign creatives from the UAE, Nigeria, Kenya, and elsewhere.
“Creatives believe in their work and do not work for nothing.”
In the Kyolina Omanya “towel video” that went viral in 2020, Unclesnap has the dancing world on lock with Boys from Entebbe. He has danced his way to greatness with the support of his brothers and has been fortunate to have had the opportunity to teach the world about his unwavering passion for dancing through dance workshops. Unclesnap has accomplished a lot in his dance career so far.
